We have experience across most platforms including Apple, Microsoft, Android, and across many different devices, including tablets, laptops, and phones. Please note: we CANNOT assist with computer repairs or virus infections on your personal computer.
Whether you need help pairing your phone to your new car's stereo, understanding how to use your new device, or help working in Canva, Google Docs, Excel, Word, or Powerpoint, we can walk you through the solution.
We also offer assistance connecting to the Library's eResources such as Libby by OverDrive and hoopla, and the many databases the Library subscribes to, like Ancestry.com.
