  • New Hampshire Family Voices - This is a Library that will loan materials through the mail to any NH resident (Free of Charge) on subjects pertaining to children, especially with special needs.
  • Community Action Partnership of Strafford County - Provides families with educational programs and support services, which will enhance their ability to raise healthy children in caring homes.
  • Common Sense Media - Reviews of TV, movies, computer games, books, music and web sites. You can search by age and media.
  • National Parenting Center - Articles about each stage of a child’s life searchable by keyword.
  • Local Childcare Centers - Go to the NH Department of Health and Human Services to find a listing of licensed Childcare Centers.  Search by name of the facility, town or zip code.

  • On Guard Online  - This site from the federal government provides tips for parents for navigation online safety including talking with your kids.
  • NetSmartz - This site created by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has links for parents, educators, law enforcement to find information for internet safety. Each page provides presentations and links to more information. This site also has a link for parents with teens and a special section just for kids.
  • Cybersmart - This website created by the Australian government is great for resources and advice about being online safely for all ages.
  • Interland - If you are looking for a fun way to learn internet safety in a game format for either you, your kid, or even an older grandparent, this google game is great for all ages!
  • FBI’s Parent Guide to Internet Safety - This is a direct link to the FBI's informational pamphlet to online exploitation and the risks to your children.
  • Family Education - This site is packed with 'back-to-school' information - and it goes beyond homework help. The main back-to-school page includes links on getting ready for school, back-to-school safety, 'what parents need to know this school year', and even breakfast and lunch ideas and recipes.
